Dear Monsignor Ramazzini:
In relation to your note dated April 5, 2005, received in this office via fax on April 8 of this year, where you ask for permission to visit the Marlin Project area, next Saturday the 16th of this month, I wish to inform you that it is not possible to receive you on that date, because we do not receive visitors on Saturdays for labour related reasons.
Furthermore, I wish to express our intention to receive as a group and exclusively the members of the High Level Commission directly named by the Government and the Catholic Church, according to our March conversation with the Vice-Minister for Energy and Mines, Engineer Jorge Garcia Chiu.
